I've set it up multiple times in multiple ways, always a little concerned about security.  Having worked at a startup for over 2 years that's heavily invested in docker, I've gotten to know docker really well. -[[https://bitnami.com/stack/dokuwiki|Bitnami]] seems to do a very nice job wrapping up applications with persistent data. The documentation is quite good. I had a little trouble turning on "nice links" since these require htaccess, and bitnami does a nice job of creating a secure deployment.
